Codex resets have all propagated, Tibo confirms
The provider reports completion after promising usage-limit resets for all paid users across Codex and ChatGPT Work. Reset mechanics and affected windows remain unstated.
Resets all propagated. That will be all. Have a fantastic weekend.
“Resets all propagated. That will be all. Have a fantastic weekend.”
At 18:17 UTC on September 26, Tibo posted that resets had all propagated. The original completion statement advances this story from Reset announced to Reset confirmed. His earlier 00:07 UTC promise named all paid users across Codex and ChatGPT Work.
Update, September 26 at 18:35 UTC: X syndication verifies the full completion statement, author and posting time. The receipt and layered spotlight now carry the delivery update. The original promise remains attached in the evidence trail.
The provider’s completion post does not identify which usage meters changed or say whether the reset was automatic or banked. Ali’s statements that it was not banked remain community observations. We have not converted those claims into provider facts. Pending that distinction, this article remains in the policy category and does not add a full/banked statistical ledger row or typed subscriber/calendar event. Delivery confirmation is shown separately in the source signals.
Earlier review, September 26 at 17:08 UTC: only the promise was verified; no completion statement had yet been found. A 17:26 UTC community propagation report was logged at the following check without upgrading the stage. The new provider statement now resolves delivery.
OpenAI’s status feed marked the Codex outage resolved at 23:54 UTC on September 25. Service recovery alone was not reset confirmation; the later completion post supplies that evidence.
This is separate from the September 22 banked grant for Plus, Pro and Business. The earlier Tuesday/3am hint still has no verified timezone and is not retroactively treated as a deadline for this event.
Coverage remains limited by public timeline access and recent-post feed depth. The documented September 23–26 editorial gap is retained; scheduled messages during that gap do not establish checks.
What it means
- Tibo explicitly reports that resets have all propagated. The earlier same-day promise names all paid users across Codex and ChatGPT Work.
- 18:17 UTC is the completion post’s timestamp, not an exact reset time for each account.
- The provider does not specify automatic versus banked mechanics or affected usage windows in these posts. Community reports cannot establish those details.
