It's done.” X syndication verifies the complete original statement, author and timestamp, and shows that it quotes his Day 8 “Global reset landing by EOD PST time” reply. This moves the signal from announced to provider-confirmed completion.
The Day 8 post said “Reset” at 01:03:25 UTC. Its direct reply at 01:03:59 UTC promised a global reset by EOD PST time. The completion post does not identify when each account changed.
“Global” is the stated scope. Tibo does not name eligible products, plans or accounts, affected usage windows, or whether the grant is full or banked. This is separate from the provider-confirmed Day 6 propagation and Day 3 banked reset.
