The 14 July note is the one to show civilians who think a reset is only a number going to zero. Tibo was also leaving the collar off. No five-hour rate limit, on purpose, so the new model could be used like a stove instead of a tea light.
That kind of unlock is why this site is a newsroom. A tracker box cannot say they lifted the leash. A paragraph can. When the five-hour window came back later in the summer, it was not a betrayal. It was the end of an exhibit.
