The first receipt in the archive is not a war room or a milestone. It is a Friday afternoon greeting from the Claude developers account, clearing five-hour and weekly rate limits for everyone, with no further comment.
It is worth sitting with how unremarkable it is. No thread, no diagnosis, no nickname, no button mythology — just a house widening the door on its way into the weekend.
Two weeks later the same account would name a subagent bug. Six weeks later it would name Fable 5. The voice stays flat the whole way through, which is exactly why it is easy to file.
What it means
