Optional promotional credits are used before normal plan usage. They do not reset usage meters.

Sorry for any confusion! Cloud sessions run on your Pro or Max plan, like the rest of Claude Code. This promo is an optional one-time credit that your cloud sessions spend first, before falling back onto your normal plan usage. We hope you enjoy the credits!

An optional one-time credit is now available for Pro and Max plan users. The credit is spent before regular plan usage during cloud sessions.

Correction, September 26: the source watcher initially filed this clarification as another banked reset. Original provider text describes the same optional cloud-session credit announced September 23, not a new grant or meter reset. This card is now policy and the erroneous duplicate ledger entry is removed.

The earlier announcement offers $100 on Pro and $250 on Max for existing subscribers, one credit per account, cloud sessions only. Its separate claim reply says to claim by October 7; no cutoff timezone or credit-spend expiry is stated.

What it means

  • The optional credit applies to cloud sessions on Pro or Max.
  • Cloud sessions spend the credit first, then use normal plan usage.
  • This clarifies the September 23 offer; it is not a second credit grant or a reset.
